Improvement of the quality of life for residents of the Bela Vista neighborhood through the qualification of the multi-sports court, security enhancements, and environmental education actions with municipal schools in Piumhi/MG.
The project also promoted the strengthening of the leadership of the Cicanastra Consortium, the holding of territorial events on the Environment, and the creation of a campaign with the Municipal Department of Social Assistance, featuring mobilization events against violence against women.
This initiative contributes to SDGs: 5, 11, 12, 16, 17
Results:
- Environmental education workshops for municipal schools;
- Qualification of public multi-sports leisure spaces;
- Training for Public Managers on the main themes related to the Cicanastra Consortium’s strategic plan;
- Realization of the Environment Symposium, featuring lectures by technicians from SEMAD (Minas Gerais Secretariat of Environment and Sustainable Development).
